CMP will maximize project performance through oversight of operations, capital renewal, and facility maintenance while satisfying client goals of providing high quality housing and residential life services.

CMP will work closely with the University’s residence life staff, campus safety/police, environmental health and safety, and other designated officials to provide for the safety and security of the students.
CMP’s on-site management team for your residential community will be comprised of qualified and capable professionals specifically skilled in student housing operations and facility management.
CMP will develop customized written policies and procedures for facilities maintenance and custodial services to identify, track and sufficiently budget repairs and maintenance.
Students will easily be able to submit maintenance work order requests 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through our online maintenance management system.
CMP will implement and perform periodic surveys of residents regarding all aspects of facilities management, including work order completion, building cleanliness, helpfulness of building maintenance and custodial staff, response timing and more.
A successful residential life and operations plan is generally best served via an Integrated Management model that combines the strength of the University staff to provide residential life programming, marketing and leasing.
