As a Community Manager you are primarily responsible for protecting, maintaining, and enhancing the value of the community while also maximizing the living experience for residents and the community. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the common areas of the property and apartments prior to move-in.

As a Resident Accounts Specialist, you are primarily responsible for rent collection, delinquency notices, resident communications, and accounts payable at one of Capstone Management Partners’ on-campus communities.

The Vice President of University Partnerships and Transitions leads the company’s strategy to build, expand, and sustain relationships with higher education institutions nationwide. This team member serves as the liaison between the company and  new university partners and clients, positioning the organization as the trusted, knowledgeable, and ethical choice for P3 housing development and management.

The Vice President of  University Partnerships and Transitions operates in partnership with several key leaders of our business streams, requiring sound judgment, proactive communication, and accountability for both results and process integrity. This leader will manage the business development, transitions, and proposal teams — ensuring alignment between institutional expectations, operational readiness, and company values.

Leasing Community Interns (LCIs) must possess the skills to cooperate and collaborate as a team. As the Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the leasing and marketing success of an assigned group of communities (typically 15-20). This includes but is not limited to the oversight, training, and accountability of the Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) platform, utilizing the multiple available data channels to provide problem/solution oriented Red-Light Analysis to Portfolio Managers for execution, and managing and monitoring the planning, execution and effectiveness of all assigned communities Monthly Marketing Plans and marketing channels.
