About This Project
Century Hall is an on-campus student housing community that provides 320 beds of suite-style housing for first-year students at the Polytechnic campus in Mesa, AZ. This community is managed through an Integrated Management model wherein the University is responsible for marketing, leasing, billing and residential life. CMP is responsible for building operations.
