Responsible for three of Florida Polytechnic University’s on-campus student housing facilities, Capstone Management Partners implements a robust operations strategy for its partnership with Florida Poly.
About This Project
Residence Hall Phase 2 provides over 500 beds of traditional-style units, study spaces and a pool for Florida Poly students. Residence Halls Phase 3 provides 430 beds of suite-style housing, numerous active lounge and study spaces and offices for Florida Poly Residence Life. The community demonstrates the design tenets adopted by the ACUHOI 21st Century Project, focused on sustainability, flexibility, community and technology.
