Capstone Management Partners facilitates a cohesive experience for UW Bothell students as they live and dine in this 24/7 residential on-campus precinct that serves all UW Bothell first-year through graduate students.
About This Project
This P3 project transformed the existing UW Bothell Husky Village (300 beds) into a multi-use residential village: 1,055 housing beds along with residential amenities and support spaces, a 15,000 square foot student dining facility to serve the entire campus and approximately 20,000 square feet of office space to house UW Bothell student services functions.
