About This Project
Nexus on Holmes is the first purpose-built off-campus student housing community serving students at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Nexus on Holmes provides UAH students with a proximate, modern and affordable apartment-style housing option that is walkable to campus. The student housing community provides 430 beds of housing with an amenity package including pool, outdoor recreation, study spaces and lounges.
