About This Project
The Villages at Mines Park provides over 1,000 beds of apartment-style housing for upper-division undergraduates, graduates and students with families at Colorado School of Mines. Formerly, Mines Park, though a renovation and new construction P3 project, The Villages offers students a community with robust commons spaces, community centers and recreation spaces, small and group study spaces all reflecting Mines commitment to the earth, energy and environment, including all-electric and efficient building systems.
